• A consent form is required for all services.
• Our intent is that Facetime Beauty Lounge remains an oasis of tranquility. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy and relaxation of all guests by keeping noise to a minimum. The use of cell phones in the spa is discouraged; however, if you must take a call or use your device, please do so quietly and discreetly so as not to disturb others.

• No checks or foreign currency accepted
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any services. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
• A credit card is required to schedule an appointment.
• Appointment penalties are non-refundable and non-transferable (no exceptions).

• A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to late (10+ minutes), same day cancellations and no-show appointments.
• Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours or more in advance.
• 2 consecutive reschedules- no new appointment.
• Late Arrival Policy: Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their appointment canceled and will incur a 50% service charge due to the resulting same-day cancellation or no-show.
• Children Policy: No children are permitted in the spa or lounge areas unless services are being rendered for the child.

Sunday & Bank Holiday Surcharge
A 15% surcharge will be applied to all appointments booked on Sundays and the following holidays:

• Independence Day (July 4th)
• Labor Day
• Columbus Day
• Veterans Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
